Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions section will explain our cancelation policies, refund policies and procedures if choosing to discontinue services. 

If you choose to cancel services, we will provide a refund of the remainder of your subscription. This applies only if you have a subscription that continues into the next billing cycle. For example, if you subscribed for an annual subscription, and it is currently the middle of the month, we will continue to provide services until the next billing month starts (the first Monday of each month) and provide a refund for the remainder of the subscribed month(s). 

If you received a bin that was provided by Demuth Removal Services, we ask that when your services have concluded, to place your bin in an area that we can collect it. 

If you choose to not return the provided bin or we cannot collect the bin, you will be charged for the cost of a new bin. 

If a bin was provided and it is damaged to a point that it is unusable for its purpose, you will be charged for the cost of a new bin. The damaged bin policy will not be applied if no damage is reported when requesting to cancel services. 

If a bin was provided and it has waste in it upon returning it, you will be charged for the same rate of an additional month of services. 

To cancel services please contact us and let us know you want to cancel services. We will start your cancellation procedure promptly. We appreciate any feedback you have to offer so that we can improve our services for our customers.
