We will offer all of our customers the ability to start services with a provided bin. After receiving your first bin, if for any reason your bin is damaged to a point it cannot be used for its purpose, we will provide a free replacement bin. Any other replacements after this may be subject to additional charges. If such event occurs, please contact us. We ask that you do so in a timely manner so we can get a replacement bin to you as soon as possible.
We also ask for pictures of the damage and a description of how the bin was damaged.
