Junk Removal Services
For those who have a large amount of junk, we provide a dump trailer for removal services. Below is pricing and rules regarding our junk removal services.
10yd Trailer - Flat Rate $225
Rent our dump trailer for 1 week for any junk removal job you need! Flat rate includes delivery, pickup and one dump. Trailer dimensions: 16'x3'x7'
Additional Dump Trailer Pricing
Rental period for 7 days
During your rental or services period, if you fill the trailer up and need to have it dumped for continued use, we will dump it and return it the same day.
If the load exceeds 2 tons, you will be billed additionally per ton.

We provide a dump trailer which the prices for a daily rental remain the same during services.
Misuse Fee - $300
If you are renting a trailer, after it is delivered, we ask that you do not tamper with the location or the functions of the trailer. The rear loading gate is allowed to be opened and closed to assist with loading items.
The trailer will not be moved or towed in any manner unless it is being done so by Demuth Removal Services. The dump mechanics will not be used at all during the rental period unless it is being operated by Demuth Removal Services.
If it is found that the trailer was moved or tampered with in any way that is not authorized by Demuth Removal Services, other than the rear loading gate, you will be charged an additional $300, and the trailer may be removed at the discretion of Demuth Removal Services.
If the trailer is accidentally damaged, we ask that you please report this to us as soon as possible so we can document and assess any necessary steps needed. If we determine that the trailer was intentionally damaged, you will be charged the $300 fee, in addition to the cost of reparation for the damages.
Loading Restrictions
- Waste cannot exceed over the top of the trailer
- Trailer must be loaded evenly for safe transportation
- The tarp must be able to conform over the trailer for safe transportation
- We cannot haul any flammable / hazardous chemicals or tires
- OVERLOADING THE TRAILER BEYOND THESE RESTRICTIONS WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL FEES
For all trash services, we abide by the rules of the Erie County Landfill, which is where your trash is being delivered to. Below are items that may or may not be dumped into the landfill.
Free liquids of any kind (exception for liquids that pass paint filter test)
Refrigerated appliances, such as refrigerators, freezers, dehumidifiers, air conditioners, etc.
Lead-acid batteries
Yard waste
Asbestos waste
Biomedical waste (contaminated)
PCB waste (exception for small quantity generators as defined in RCRA)
Radioactive waste
All hazardous waste listed in 40 CFR 261, Subpart D (AD-listed @ RCRA)
Any waste that exhibits hazardous waste characteristics (40 CFR 261, Subpart C)
Cathode-ray tube televisions
Each appliance containing Freon
Tires
Mattresses
Box Spring
Sofa beds with mattress
